Before any withdrawal is approved, you must complete KYC verification. This requires submitting acceptable copies of government-issued identity documents and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method. 588wim reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during your use of the Platform — not only at the point of withdrawal.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a request may result in temporary restriction of account functions including deposits and withdrawals. 588wim will not process withdrawals to accounts where identity has not been verified.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any action taken under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you. Notify 588wim support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Access to the 588wim Platform is granted for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You agree to use the Platform in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, these Terms and any supplementary rules published by the Platform.
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you may lose the entirety of funds deposited. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk and confirm that you understand the nature of the products offered, including the statistical advantages held by the house in casino products.
The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any product, feature, promotion or service at any time without prior notice, where operationally necessary or required by law.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction or obvious pricing error, 588wim reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts. Winnings arising from evident pricing errors will not be honored.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works based on any Platform content without prior written consent from 588wim.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 588wim, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

Account closure requests will be processed subject to withdrawal of any remaining verified balance and completion of any applicable KYC review. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and may be activated immediately upon request.
588wim reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify account holders via the contact details registered to their account or via an in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform holds its operating license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.
